The origin of the lovey-dovey phenomenon
The character was originally created in 2015 by artist Kasing Lung in a fantasy world called The Monsters, inspired by his childhood memories of reading traditional European fairy tales. The toy was manufactured by the Chinese brand Popmart, but Popmart never publicly stated that the toy was associated with the devil.
