Walking time is based on each person’s personality
“Of course, this depends on the intensity of your training. If you walk for 30 minutes, you will burn fewer calories, but if you run more intensively, you will burn more calories. So it depends on individual factors and intensity,” answers personal trainer Caio Signoretti.
