Axia Energia shares will begin trading under a new trading code from Monday (10th) this week, reflecting the change in the company name of the former Eletrobras.

Common stocks will be changed from “ELET3” to “AXIA3,” Class A preferred stocks will be changed from “ELET5” to “AXIA5,” and Class B preferred stocks will be changed from “ELET6” to “AXIA6.”
On the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the trading code for Axia Energia’s Share Receipt (ADR) will change from “EBR” to “AXIA” and from “EBR B” to “AXIA PR.”
At the end of October, the company announced a new name that consolidates the transformation process that began after its privatization in 2022.
