The measure was proposed by the ANS at a meeting that included representatives of two operators: the Rio de Janeiro Public Ministry (MPRJ), the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) and the Public Defender’s Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
“The signing of this agreement by both operators re-establishes full service to our beneficiaries, which is ANS’s top priority,” said Wadi Damous, CEO of ANS.
