Understand the benefits of incorporating fruit milk into your daily life
Experts say the idea of using bananas as a core ingredient in plant-based milk is a big gamble. “This drink does not go through any milking or fermentation processes and is basically made with fruit and water, sometimes with a touch of vanilla, cinnamon or lemon to enhance the flavor and avoid darkening,” he comments.
Eating fruit helps regulate blood pressure and helps muscle function.
When it comes to industrial products, Matthäus focuses on ingredient labels that include thickening gums, vitamins and minerals to improve consistency and nutritional value.
“This plant-based milk solution provides the body with some special benefits. Being a natural source of carbohydrates, this product guarantees the consumer instant energy. The presence of potassium has a great influence on maintaining blood pressure. Dietary fiber helps to give a feeling of satiety, if the drink is not strained”, assures Mateus Maestrale.
Consuming the drink requires a professional prescription
For medical professionals, banana milk intake should be adjusted according to personal goals and always under the guidance of a medical professional. “For those looking for lightness and energy, or those with lactose intolerance, this drink is a great alternative. However, for people with diabetes or those who tend to binge in the morning, bananas are high in carbohydrates, so you need to watch your portions,” he advises.

In fact, Matthäus emphasizes that the drink’s versatility is also a factor in attracting attention. “It works very well in smoothies, shakes and pancakes where natural sweetness is the differentiator. For coffee and savory recipes, the flavor may not be as satisfying,” explains Mateus Maestrale.
Despite these benefits, Mateusz stresses that banana milk should not be seen as a one-size-fits-all replacement. “Protein-rich milk and vegetable options are even better for people who need a higher supply of protein, such as athletes or people building muscle mass,” he says.
